Area Sales Manager – The South of England
£55,000 + Bonus + Company Car
We’re working with Tractel, a global leader in working-at-height safety, lifting and access solutions, to recruit an experienced Area Sales Manager.
This is a territory-focused role combining account management and new business development, with responsibility for growing existing relationships and winning new customers across the South of England.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing distributor and end-user accounts.
- Develop new business and increase market share.
- Build strong customer relationships through regular site and face-to-face visits.
- Identify and convert new commercial opportunities.
- Work closely with Technical and Internal Sales teams.
- Manage your territory, CRM pipeline and sales targets.

We’re looking for:
- Proven territory sales experience, ideally within industrial or construction environments.
- A strong track record of growing existing accounts and winning new business.
- Excellent relationship-building and commercial skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Health & Safety sector experience is advantageous.
