Are you a Sales Manager with experience in Anaerobic Digestion, Biogas, Biomethane or Renewable Energy, looking to join an innovative business at the forefront of renewable gas technology where you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across the UK?
Do you want the opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company, taking ownership of a national sales territory where you'll build long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders, develop technically complex solutions and be rewarded with an excellent bonus structure and genuine progression opportunities?
This company is a market leader in renewable energy innovation, developing cutting-edge technologies that help businesses unlock greater value from biogas and biomethane production. Working with anaerobic digestion operators, developers and energy businesses across the UK, they deliver specialist equipment and commercial solutions that support the transition towards a more sustainable energy future.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their commercial team. This autonomous role will involve developing new business opportunities, managing complex capital equipment sales and working closely with customers to create commercially viable technical solutions. You will spend the majority of your time visiting customer sites and developing relationships throughout the UK.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
