🚀 We're Hiring | Area Sales Manager 🚀

🔄 WREN Ltd is a growing and ambitious supplier of recycling and washing solutions across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a driven and commercially minded Area Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and drive sales growth across an assigned territory.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience in capital equipment, recycling, aggregates, quarrying, or related industries to join a dynamic and expanding business with significant growth ambitions.

🟢What you will be doing:

The Area Sales Manager shall develop the market in appointed geographic areas on all levels. You shall also market, seek customers, and close sales of WREN LTD, often in close cooperation with the Managing Director. You shall also monitor customer satisfaction and support existing customers via telephone or through customer site visits.

🟢Your Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong network of customers and industry contacts across your territory
  • Strengthen WREN Ltd’s brand presence through effective use of social media and market engagement
  • Identify key decision-makers within customer organizations and develop targeted account strategies
  • Provide market feedback to help refine and position WREN Ltd’s offering within your region
  • Promote products through exhibitions, marketing activities, and direct customer engagement
  • Deliver performance updates and contribute to monthly sales meetings against agreed targets
  • Generate new business opportunities while expanding and developing existing accounts
  • Prepare tailored customer proposals and quotations in line with business objectives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and responsive service
  • Contribute to sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals
  • Capture and escalate customer feedback, acting as an internal advocate to ensure high satisfaction
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of the recycling and waste processing sector

🟢What you'll bring:

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets with a minimum of 5 years' sales experience
  • Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Must be able to communicate with multiple stakeholders at any level within the recycling field
  • Valid clean UK driving license
  • Passion for the recycling, waste, and material processing industries, with a commitment to continuous professional development
  • Demonstrable experience in generating new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship development
  • Be able and have the interest for continuous knowledge seeking in the field of recycle waste

Please note: This role is only suitable for candidates with demonstrable experience in the recycling, waste processing, aggregates, quarrying, or heavy plant sectors. Applicants must have a strong working knowledge of recycling and waste machinery, yellow plant, and capital equipment, as well as being able to physically handle the machines. Applications from candidates without relevant industry experience will not be considered.
