Your role as Area Sales Manager:
As Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing MASCOT’s distributor business within your region. You will drive growth by strengthening existing distributor partnerships while identifying new distribution opportunities. Through your commercial focus and relationship-building skills, you will promote MASCOT products and added-value services that clearly differentiate us from our competitors.
A glimpse of your future role:
In this role, you will work closely with distributors and the UK Sales team to drive higher sales performance across both trade and e-commerce channels. You will manage your own sales pipeline, plan and prioritise your activities, and represent MASCOT through professional product presentations, Shop in Shop concepts, and at trade exhibitions.

Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a strong distributor sales pipeline within Midlands England.
- Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with existing distributors.
- Identify and develop new distribution routes and business opportunities.
- Plan and deliver product presentations, Shop in Shop concepts, and represent MASCOT at exhibitions.
We imagine you are someone who:
- Has a proactive, positive, and “can-do” attitude with a strong commercial mindset.
- Communicates clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
- Has proven experience in field sales, area sales, or distributor management.
- Has experience within the workwear, PPE, or safety industry.
- Has a strong understanding of the distribution process and sales channels.
- Is confident in building relationships, prospecting new opportunities, and negotiating effectively.
