What's In It For You
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager for our Thermo King brand to support the Truck & Trailer business.
In this direct sales role, you will play a key part in delivering and executing the business strategy for the region. The successful candidate will focus on driving revenue growth through our channel partner network, improving profitability, expanding market share, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do
- Build and maintain strong customer and channel partner relationships to achieve sales targets, margin objectives, and increased market penetration.
- Develop and execute action plans to support revenue growth, strategic business planning, market coverage, channel partner development, and sales capability improvement.
- Work closely with internal support teams to create marketing and sales plans aligned to the needs and objectives of channel partners.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions covering product knowledge, consultative selling skills, digital tool adoption, and effective sales approaches to support channel partner success.
- Understand and respond to the needs of channel partners, providing a high level of support to help improve their customer experience and business performance.
- Resolve issues and conflicts in a collaborative and timely manner to maintain strong working partnerships and support continued growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to help strengthen the performance and success of the sales organisation.

What You Will Bring
- Proven direct sales experience, with specialist knowledge in electrification, new technologies, and ideally fleet sales, trucks, vans, transportation, or related sectors.
- Experience managing direct sales activities and delivering against business objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness and ability to travel across England as required.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK and hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
