We’re hiring: Endourology Specialist- Area Business Manager
Location: Remote and field based, South of England Region

We’re looking for someone exceptional to join us as an Area Business Manager within the newly launching Endourology Division.
About the Opportunity:
GBUK Group is well established across a wide range of product areas and has been one of the top suppliers into the NHS for some time now. We’re always looking to further grow and innovate, and, to that end, we are launching an exciting new Endourology Division. We’re looking for two dynamic Area Business Managers to lead the way. These will be the first two hires for this division, meaning you will play a pivotal role in shaping our presence, building relationships, and driving growth from day one.

What you’ll be responsible for:
Sales & Account Management:
- Achieve quarterly, and annual sales targets, and to deliver agreed KPIs, including face-to-face customer activity
- Analyse the local marketplace and develop robust territory and account strategies
- Lead the full sales cycle from product introduction and trials through to closing and contract negotiation
- Manage product mix in line with business objectives
- Identify and develop new accounts while expanding existing accounts into new product lines
- Build long-term, value-based relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and opinion leaders
- Identify upcoming tenders and procurement opportunities
- Attend and present at customer meetings, professional congresses, and key industry events
Market Insight & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
- Accurately record activity, opportunities, and outcomes using CRM and sales systems
- Prepare sales forecasts by account and by product, as well as high-quality reports and updates to the Head of Speciality Sales
Internal & Administrative:
- Complete all administrative tasks and reporting accurately and on time
- Attend regional and national sales meetings as required
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, technologies, sales tools, and processes

What you’ll be bringing to the role:
The successful candidate will bring proven endourology experience, strong product knowledge, and the credibility to work as a trusted partner to urologists and theatre teams.
Training, education, and after-sales support are central to our success, so this role combines new business development with effective account management. If you thrive in a specialist, hands-on sales role and are motivated by the opportunity to help grow a new division within an ambitious organisation, we would like to hear from you.
You’ll be bringing a self-motivated, results-oriented approach, and will have a track record of high performance. Additionally, for this role you will need to have a strong understanding of the NHS landscape and competitive marketplace.
Working autonomously, but with a wealth of support from the wider team, you’ll bring a role-model approach, a high level of professionalism and the desire to develop and constantly seek out new opportunities.
