Your Future Job
As an Area Sales Manager, you will take the lead in growing our residential and commercial Sheet Vinyl business across your territory. You will build strong relationships with retail and distribution partners, identify new opportunities, and drive profitable, sustainable growth.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and growing sheet vinyl sales, both directly and through distribution partners.
- Building long-term relationships with retailers and distributors to expand our market presence and ensure our products are listed in their assortments.
- Working closely with colleagues across regions to align local business activities with the overall company strategy.
- Delivering clear and insightful monthly reports that reflect your sales activity, achievements, and market insights.
- Collaborating effectively with internal teams including Customer Service, Credit Control, and Marketing, to provide outstanding customer experience.
- Generating additional revenue through existing accounts and by identifying and onboarding new customers.
- Supporting the development of new and existing product categories to strengthen our market position.
- Taking a proactive approach to challenges, identifying solutions and opportunities for improvement.
- Participating in company sales meetings, trainings, and development programs.
- Embracing new initiatives and responsibilities as the business evolves.

We’re Looking For:
An ambitious and driven professional who combines commercial flair with strong relationship-building skills.
You ideally bring:
- Proven experience in external sales management.
- Solid knowledge of the flooring industry and its routes to market.
- The ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in IT tools and CRM systems.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a strong alignment with Unilin’s values.
