Why You Should Join

This isn’t one of those companies that talks about progression because it looks good on a job advert. If you’re ambitious, there’s somewhere for you to go.

That could mean Key Accounts, leadership, or moving into a completely different area of a huge global business.

And there’s proof.

Alex, who’ll be your manager, joined as an Area Sales Manager in 2018 and now heads up the Southern Region team of 8.

Another ASM joined with no previous industry or product experience and moved into a Team Leader role within 18 months.

And they’re not isolated examples. There are hundreds more across the business.

You also don’t need to arrive knowing everything about the sectors or products.

They’ll teach you.

You’ll start with an intensive 12-week onboarding programme covering products, sectors and sales, followed by ongoing training, one-to-one development with Alex and study support for relevant qualifications.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

So you’re not just learning how to sell a product.

You’re building skills in new business, territory management, consultative selling and commercial sales that will stay with you for the rest of your career.

And once they’ve invested in developing you, they’re not going to sit on top of you.

You’ll be trusted to run your territory like it’s your own business.

You’ll also have telesales generating leads, technical and product specialists, marketing support, Key Account Managers for larger opportunities, and Alex there when you need him.

So you get the freedom to run your patch properly without feeling like you’ve been handed a laptop and told “good luck”.

What You'll be Doing

This is a proper new business sales role.

Around 90% of your time will be focused on winning new customers, with the other 10% spent on account management.

You’ll be selling professional cleaning solutions into building services, facilities management, hospitality, education, industrial and public-sector customers.

That includes professional vacuums, floorcare equipment, scrubber dryers and autonomous cleaning robots.

You’ll be meeting customers face to face, carrying out site visits, running demonstrations and understanding what they need before putting a solution in front of them.

You’ll be on the road around four days a week across the South territory, with an admin day from home.

Around 80% of your pipeline will be self-generated, with additional leads coming from telesales.

You’ll manage the accounts you win until they reach a larger spend level, when they’ll move across to the Key Account team so you can keep hunting.

Ultimately, you own the number.

The target is simple:

Grow sales in your region year on year.

How you get there is largely down to you.

Where You'll Be Working

You’ll be joining a globally recognised cleaning machines and robotics brand with the sort of name that already opens doors.

You’re not spending half your sales call explaining who the company is or why the customer should trust them.

You’re walking in with a brand people already know, backed by a huge product range, technical expertise and a business investing heavily in its sales team.

So you get the credibility and resources of a major global business, while still having the freedom to run your territory like it’s your own.

What You'll Need

  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, either from an internal sales role where you’re ready to step into field sales, or from an existing field sales role
  • A genuine new business mentality
  • A full UK driving licence
  • To live within the South territory, ideally around Guildford / Crawley
  • Experience selling into building services, FM, hospitality, Industrial, Education or the public sector is desirable, not essential
  • Above all: hunger, energy and the determination to learn and win business

So if you’ve got the desire to become a top-class salesperson and want the training, autonomy and progression to get you there…

Apply today.
