Area Sales Manager – Workwear and Safety Footwear Sales, Christchurch – upper south island.
Join MASCOT and take ownership of your territory
We’re looking for an experienced and driven sales professional to grow MASCOT’s presence in the larger Christchurch area / upper south island. This is a role for someone who enjoys working independently, building strong relationships, and delivering real commercial results.

About the role
As Area Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and growing our distributor network on the upper north island. You’ll manage your own pipeline, identify new opportunities, and work closely with partners to increase sales and brand presence.
You’ll have the freedom to run your territory – with the support of a strong international brand and local team.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and grow a strong distributor network, including onboarding new partners and strengthening existing relationships
- Drive sales through proactive pipeline management, customer engagement and collaboration with distributors
- Support partners with product knowledge, training and in-store concepts such as Shop-in-Shop

What you bring
- Solid experience in field sales, distributor management or a similar commercial role, with a track record of delivering results, preferably from the PPE business.
- A strong commercial mindset and the ability to identify, develop and close opportunities.
- A structured and self-driven approach, combined with strong relationship and communication skills.
