Area Sales Manager - Kitchens
Job Title: Area Sales Manager Kitchens

Area to be covered: South South East focus
Remuneration: £30,000-£35,000 Basic £60,000-£65,000 OTE

The Role
The role of the Area Sales Manager Kitchens will involve:
- Field sales role selling our clients' manufactured range of kitchens
- Selling into predominantly independent retail showrooms
- Smaller element of dealing with builders merchants and regional housebuilders
- 30-40% of your time account managing circa 30 trading accounts (with a turnover of approx. £1.2m)
- 60-70% of your time focused on new business development, after 6 months you will be targeted to generate £100,000 of new business per month)
- On boarding 15-20 independent retail showrooms initially to achieve run rate target
- Typically 4 days a week on the road, remainder working from home
- Ideally 4-5 meaningful customer visits a day when on the road

- Must come from the KBB market, ideally kitchens
- Contacts within independent retail showrooms
- Open to sales experience working for independent retail showrooms or field sales experience selling to independent retail showrooms
- New business hunter

- Thrives on winning new clients and driving revenue growth
- Driven and results-oriented
- Organised, methodical, good journey planner
