A leading compressed air manufacturer is looking for an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the South West through their distributor network. High autonomy, real technical depth, and a clear remit: grow the existing distributors, win new ones, and get in front of end users.

What you'll do
- Own the South West sales strategy end to end
- Develop and win distributor and OEM accounts
- Run compressed air surveys and data logging with your distributors
- Present findings, build the offer, close the deal
- Beat your revenue and volume targets
What you'll bring
- 5+ years selling compressed air equipment, ideally via distribution
- Confident with system surveys, data logging and technical reporting
- Strong key account experience in industrial distribution
- Able to influence from technical buyer to MD
- Based in the South West, full UK licence
