About the Position

As an Area Sales Manager, you will drive business growth by developing and delivering customized fire prevention solutions to customers within the process industry. You will manage the complete sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to negotiating and closing orders, while working closely with customers and colleagues across our international organization.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage sales of tailor-made fire prevention and protection systems
  • Develop new business and strengthen relationships with existing customers
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure
  • Understand customer needs and develop technical solutions
  • Prepare technical quotations and support customer discussions
  • Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Travel approximately 70–90 days per year

Who Are You?

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • A technical education, preferably an engineering degree
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales or a related technical commercial role
  • Experience with B2B sales, preferably within industrial markets
  • The ability to understand complex technical solutions and customer needs
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A genuine technical curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent communication skills in English
