Wienerberger Ltd manufactures and provides wall, roof and landscaping products for the construction sector. We offer innovative and sustainable solutions across the whole building envelope for new build, renovation projects and across the building industry.

About the Role
As an Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for growing sales and strengthening partnerships across building merchant accounts throughout the West Midlands. You will work closely with merchant customers, regional developers, contractors and internal teams to develop opportunities across facing bricks and landscaping products while delivering excellent service and commercial results.
Duties also include:
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute territory plans
- Achieve sales targets
- Manage merchant accounts
- Maintain CRM records
- Develop annual business plans
- Build relationships with merchants, developers and contractors
- Identify cross-selling opportunities
- Support project delivery
- Conduct site visits
- Ensure compliance with safety policies

This role covers the West Midlands territory. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
About You
Essential
- Strong experience in construction or merchant sales
- Relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication skills
- CRM knowledge

- Salary up to £50,000 (depending on experience)
- Quarterly commission scheme
