Design House Interiors UK Ltd is a luxury kitchen and interior specialist renowned for delivering exceptional design, premium products, and outstanding customer service. As our business continues to grow, we are looking to appoint an ambitious and commercially driven Area Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships across Yorkshire.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building long-term partnerships, and being rewarded for exceptional performance.

The Role

As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a designated Yorkshire territory, generating new business while maintaining and growing relationships with existing trade clients.

Working autonomously, you will identify opportunities, arrange appointments, present our products and services, negotiate commercial agreements, and convert opportunities into profitable long-term business.

You will represent Design House Interiors with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm, becoming the face of our brand throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Yorkshire.
  • Build long-term relationships with developers, builders, architects, interior designers, kitchen installers, and trade professionals.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales and profitability targets.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline using our CRM system.
  • Deliver product presentations and attend customer meetings.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • Work closely with our showroom and design teams to ensure a first-class customer experience from enquiry through to completion.
  • Represent the business professionally at networking events and exhibitions where required.

About You

You are a highly motivated sales professional with a proven record of consistently delivering results.

You enjoy the challenge of developing new business, are commercially astute, and have excellent relationship-building skills. You are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own diary while working towards ambitious targets.

Ideally, you will have experience within one or more of the following sectors:

  • Kitchens
  • Bedrooms
  • Bathrooms
  • Interiors
  • Construction
  • Building products
  • Premium home improvement
  • Architectural products

Applicants with an outstanding track record in other B2B sales sectors will also be considered.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven success in field sales or area sales management.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Commercial awareness and a results-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
