About Us

Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers, and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water, and shipping.

As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.

About the Job

As part of our Nordic Sales organization, you will play a key role in accelerating the growth of our Heat Exchanger and Evaporation Systems business across the Nordic region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys developing new business, opening doors, and turning market opportunities into profitable projects.

Who You Are

You are a proactive, self-driven sales professional with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for winning business. You thrive on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and creating growth through persistent market engagement. You are comfortable operating independently, navigating complex sales processes, and engaging decision-makers at multiple organizational levels.

Most importantly, you are a hunter. You enjoy building pipelines, developing opportunities, and closing capital equipment projects in competitive markets. You do not need to be a technical expert yourself. Throughout the sales process, you will be supported by experienced application and technical specialists who provide engineering and solution expertise.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
