Role: Area Sales Manager
Reports to: Head of Sales (New Build)
Location: South East Region
Hours: 40
Salary: Competitive
We’re looking for a driven and commercially focused Area Sales Manager to drive growth and develop new-build opportunities across High-Rise, Build to Rent (BTR), Social Housing and Regional Private Housebuilding.
This is a highly visible role where you'll be responsible for driving profitable growth, developing key customer relationships, and securing new business opportunities across your territory. If you're passionate about relationship-led sales, thriving in a fast-paced construction environment, and making a real impact with a market-leading brand, we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:
- Building and expanding relationships through effective stakeholder engagement
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and market engagement
- Managing a sales pipeline to deliver order intake and revenue targets
- Qualifying opportunities based on commercial viability, strategic fit and operational capability
- Developing detailed project briefs and working closely with estimating teams to create competitive proposals
- Presenting solutions, proposals and value propositions to customers and key decision-makers
- Managing the customer journey, ensuring effective communication between the customer and internal teams
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintaining accurate CRM records to support forecasting, planning and reporting
- Providing market intelligence, competitor insights and business performance updates
Who we’re looking for:
- Proven B2B sales experience across both products and services
- Strong understanding of new-build construction sales
- Service within the KBB (Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom) sector
- Successful track record in both new business acquisition and account development
- Experience managing long sales cycles, tender processes and complex opportunities
- Knowledge of high-rise/BTR, social housing, and private development markets is advantageous
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer focused with an organised and target-driven approach
- Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel as required
