Area Sales Manager – North West & Wales
We are pleased to announce an opportunity to join our Street, Highway and Connected Lighting Division as an Area Sales Manager, covering the North West & Wales region.
In this field-based role, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships across an established territory, driving sales performance and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the territory.
- Deliver sales targets and business objectives.
- Execute promotional and commercial activity with customers.
- Provide market insights and feedback to support business growth.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across sales, customer service and engineering.
What We're Looking For
- A motivated and customer-focused sales professional.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- The ability to identify opportunities and grow sales.
- Effective planning and territory management skills.
- A self-motivated approach with a passion for delivering results.

Location
The role covers the North West & Wales region and involves regular travel throughout the territory.
When not travelling, you will be home-based, so a suitable home working space will be required.
