This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven, relationship-focused sales professional to take ownership of an established territory covering Wales, the West Midlands and Southwest England.
You'll be responsible for developing existing accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities across the region. Working closely with healthcare professionals, you'll build long-term relationships, understand customer requirements and provide solutions that deliver genuine clinical and commercial value.
Previous medical device sales experience would be advantageous, although we're equally interested in strong sales professionals who can demonstrate the drive, commercial awareness and relationship-building ability to succeed within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an established sales territory across Wales, the West Midlands and Southwest.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across the territory.
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales and revenue targets.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Manage your sales pipeline effectively and provide accurate forecasts.
- Deliver product demonstrations, training and ongoing support to healthcare professionals.
- Develop your knowledge of the company's product portfolio and relevant clinical applications.
- Represent the business professionally at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
- Work autonomously across your territory while collaborating with the wider UK sales team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
