Remuneration: £55,000 + £10,000 commission
Benefits: £500 per month car allowance & comprehensive benefits package
The Role
The role of the Business Development Manager – Underfloor Heating Systems will involve:
- Business Development Manager position dealing with a range of underfloor heating systems
- All of your time will be spent generating specification and selling to M&E contractors, M&E consultants, architects, housebuilders, and developers
- Targeting commercial projects varying on size and scope can be upwards of £250k
- Well established area currently hitting turnover target
- Working with internal team and line manager
- Ideally based in Manchester / Liverpool

The Ideal Applicant
The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager – Underfloor Heating Systems with:
- Must have field sales experience in the plumbing & heating or HVAC sector
- Would consider someone with direct product knowledge that sold to distributors & contractors
- Ideally looking for someone with contacts within M&E contractors, M&E consultants, architects, housebuilders, and developers
