Area Sales Manager
South West England & South Wales
£40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Company Car + Benefits
Are you a field-based sales professional with experience selling into merchants, contractors, developers, or the wider construction sector?
We're recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to take ownership of a South West and South Wales territory for a well-established manufacturer within the construction products sector.
This role would suit somebody who enjoys developing relationships, winning new business, and building territory performance.
The Role
- Manage and develop an existing customer base across South West England and South Wales.
- Drive new business growth through merchants, contractors, developers, and installers.
- Increase market share across the region.
- Build long-term customer relationships and identify project opportunities.
- Deliver territory growth through a proactive field sales approach.

What We're Looking For
- Proven field sales experience.
- Experience selling within construction, building products, roofing, civils, drainage, merchants, building materials, or related sectors.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing a geographical territory.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to business development.
- Full UK driving licence.

This is a field-based role, therefore, candidates should be located within reasonable commuting distance of the South West territory.
