🚨 Job Vacancy: Area Sales Manager – South East

📍 Location: Ideally based around Cambridge / Norwich

📅 Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent | Salary up to £50k + Bonus + Company Car (Uncapped Earnings – OTE Circa £60k)


Fluid Controls Ltd is a leading supplier of high-quality instrumentation and fluid control components, proudly serving the UK market across industries such as energy, process, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing.


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to represent our trusted brand across a strategically important territory – from Peterborough down to Worthing. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of a well-established region, driving sales and strengthening customer relationships.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts across the South East of England
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Provide technical product support and guidance on Fluid Controls’ offerings
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
  • Report on market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and technical accuracy

✅ Ideal Candidate:

  • Based around Cambridge/Norwich or surrounding areas for easy access to the full territory
  • Proven field sales experience in a technical or engineering-based environment
  • Knowledge of instrumentation, valves, fluid control systems or similar is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
  • Full UK driving licence
