We are hunters at heart.

Outfit International A/S is a Danish, family-owned company with more than 50 years of experience in designing and producing high-quality hunting apparel. Our mission has always been to develop innovative solutions that help hunters perform at their best.

Our two brands, Härkila and Seeland, are among Europe’s leading hunting brands in their respective categories and price segments. Both are developed in close collaboration with dedicated hunters and experienced designers, combining functionality, durability, and Scandinavian design principles. With a deep respect for tradition, a focus on quality materials, and a passion for practical, no-nonsense solutions, we create premium clothing tailored to hunters across markets.

The Role

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the South and West of England. In this role, you will be responsible for developing sales of our Härkila and Seeland brands by strengthening relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and supporting the continued growth of our UK sales and distribution network.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
