This is how you WOW:
- Drive execution and growth within the Automotive, Agriculture, Construction, and Transport & Logistics sectors.
- Lead the development of our dealer network by executing the regional dealer strategy and integrating local Kärcher Centers (KOKO).
- Assume full responsibility for total revenue performance across your territory, encompassing Purchase, Lease, Hire, and Service.
- Maximise customer-facing productivity by prioritising high-value sales activities, including site visits and technical product demonstrations.
- Proactively manage lead generation and your sales pipeline using the OneView CRM system with rigorous discipline.
It would be WOW if you could bring this in:
- Proven B2B sales experience (Essential), with knowledge of the cleaning equipment industry (Desirable).
- A track record of achieving growth targets in a competitive environment (Essential), ideally combined with experience in professional floor care or automated cleaning technology (Desirable).
- High-level consultative selling skills, strong CRM (OneView) proficiency, and data-driven territory planning abilities (Essential).
- The ability to conduct technical demonstrations of mechanical and autonomous equipment (Desirable).
- A proactive, analytical, organised, and commercially aware mindset alongside excellent communication skills (Essential).
- A strategic thinking approach, a collaborative work ethic, and a genuine willingness to make a difference (Desirable).
