  • Field sales position, selling a large manufactured and distributed range of construction products such as: porcelain & ceramic floor & wall tiles, tile trim, backing board, adhesives, tiling tools, diamond blades, cutting tools, grouts, levellers, cleaners, sealers.
  • All of your time will be spent selling to tiling contractors, fit-out contractors, main contractors, sub-contractors, specialist contractors, housebuilders, developers, designers, and architects (majority contractors).
  • Turnover target circa £700k-£800k.
  • Working with average order values between £2k-£50k+ depending on size and scope.
  • Will be given 30 depending account however will be expected to generate new business.
  • Fantastic internal sales support.

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Tiling Products with:

  • Must have construction field sales experience selling to contractors, main contractors, sub-contractors, fit-out contractors, specialist contractors, and housebuilders.
  • Ideally have sold a related product such as: wall tiles, floor tiles, tile trim, backing board, adhesives, tiling tools, diamond blades, cutting tools, grouts, levellers, cleaners, sealers, or related interior products (however open on products sold for the right person).
  • Would consider a tile or related specification sales professional.
  • Ideally have tile or bathroom industry related field sales experience (not essential).
  • Strong planning and presenting skills.
  • Go getter with roll sleeves up mentality.
