Job Description

My client is a high-end architectural manufacturer specialising in adaptable office architecture. They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Area Sales Manager – Distribution Channels (architecture, design & build, furniture or interior design) to grow their presence across the UK and Ireland.

You will be based at their Clerkenwell showroom in London and will collaborate closely with their global commercial team. An essential part of this role is to leverage the showroom, in Europe's largest district for contract showrooms and a hub for architects and specifiers, to actively demonstrate the functionality and versatility of the product range.

What You'll Do

  • Drive sales growth across the UK and Ireland by developing and executing regional go-to-market strategies aligned with global business objectives.
  • Build and expand a strong network of distributors and partners, providing them with the tools and support needed to succeed.
  • Develop relationships with architects and design-build firms, expanding the UK footprint and opening new business opportunities.
  • Turn the Clerkenwell showroom into a hub of influence — hosting events, product demonstrations and thought-leadership sessions that attract and engage top industry players.
  • Own the regional sales pipeline and revenue targets, ensuring effective forecasting and CRM management in close collaboration with the global commercial team.
  • Stay close to market trends, identify upcoming projects and proactively secure key clients.
  • Collaborate with international teams, architects and ESG experts to create tailored, high-value solutions for the UK market.
  • Represent the brand at key events, building visibility and strengthening market position.
  • Balance time between client visits, showroom collaboration, industry networking and strategic project coordination to drive opportunities across the UK.
  • Share market intelligence, trends and opportunities to shape UK growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
