We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established healthcare technology business whose pharmacy software is relied on by pharmacies up and down the UK.
Your Responsibilities
- Growing your territory by finding, engaging, and winning new pharmacy customers.
- Building a healthy pipeline through steady prospecting, networking, referrals, targeted campaigns, and face-to-face visits.
- Becoming a familiar figure across your patch and forming lasting relationships with owners and decision-makers.
- Getting to know each customer's business properly and showing how the software supports their commercial and operational aims.
- Taking opportunities all the way through - first conversation, proposal, negotiation, close.
- Spotting where existing customer relationships can be developed further.
- Keeping CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline visibility accurate and up to date.

What We're Looking For
- A proven new business seller who enjoys winning customers and building relationships.
- Three years or more in field-based business development or territory sales.
- A consistent record of hitting or beating sales targets.
- Experience selling software, technology, or services into independent, owner-managed, or multi-site businesses.
- Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and negotiation ability.
- Solid pipeline management, organisation, and CRM discipline.
- A self-starter who's happy working independently and owning their territory.
- Full UK driving licence and happy to travel regularly.

You'll Stand Out If
- You've sold directly into community pharmacies or pharmacy groups before.
- You know the UK pharmacy market and the commercial pressures owners are under.
- You've worked in healthcare technology, healthtech, medtech, or another regulated healthcare setting.
