We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to develop and manage customer relationships across London and the surrounding area.

This is a field-based role, with the majority of your time spent visiting customers, identifying new opportunities and supporting existing accounts. When you are not on the road, you will work from home to manage enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up opportunities and maintain your sales pipeline.

The successful candidate will be confident building long-term relationships with customers and will take ownership of growing sales within their territory. Experience within the plumbing, heating, construction or merchant sector would be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing customers
  • Visit customer premises throughout London and the surrounding area
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Follow up quotations, enquiries and potential leads
  • Provide customers with product information and commercial support
  • Work closely with the internal sales, marketing and operational teams
  • Keep accurate records of customer activity and sales opportunities
  • Monitor performance against sales targets and provide regular updates
  • Represent the company professionally at customer meetings and industry events

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
