Area Sales Manager - Tools & Accessories

Area: North London / Hertfordshire

The Role of Area Sales Manager - Power Tools

  • Demonstrating premium tools and accessories to trade professionals and end users
  • Delivering hands-on product demonstrations in merchant branches, trade counters, and on customer sites
  • Supporting sales teams with real world product knowledge and technical insight
  • Attending trade events, branch visits, and live demonstrations
  • Building strong relationships with merchants, contractors, and distributors
  • Feeding back market intelligence and product performance insights

The Candidate

  • Good practical skills around power tools, gained through trade or hands-on experience
  • Could suit a current or ex tradesperson, such as a carpenter, plumber, installer, landscaper or kitchen fitter
  • OR a Sales professional with good hands-on skills
  • Equally suited to a serious DIY enthusiast with strong tool knowledge and confidence using them
  • Could also suit an apprentice or early career candidate in construction or landscaping looking to move into a field based role
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging trade professionals
  • Full UK driving licence required
