Role Description

The Area Sales Representative UK is a full-time, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for developing and managing sales of Leontito Honey & Tsamali EVOO products across the UK, particularly within premium hospitality and high-end retail channels. Day-to-day activities include identifying and approaching new prospects, conducting sales meetings and product tastings, maintaining regular contact with existing clients, and negotiating pricing and contracts. The representative will monitor market trends, prepare sales reports, collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities, and ensure a high standard of customer service and brand representation. The role requires frequent local travel to visit clients, attend industry events, and build strong relationships with chefs, purchasing managers, and distributors.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in FMCG, gourmet food, hospitality, or related sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with chefs, hotel managers, and buyers.
  • Knowledge of the UK foodservice and premium retail market, including key channels, distributors, and decision-makers.
  • Solid organizational, time management, and reporting skills, including proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, combining field visits across the London Area with remote work and virtual meetings.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus, with an interest in high-quality food products and Mediterranean cuisine.
  • Valid right to work in the UK and willingness to travel regularly within the London Area and occasionally across the UK.
