Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation:

  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the assigned territory, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas, often set by the company.

Product Knowledge:

  • Possessing a deep understanding of the company's products or services and being able to effectively communicate their value to clients.

Sales Presentations:

  • Delivering compelling presentations to individuals or groups, showcasing the benefits of the products or services.

Negotiation:

  • Effectively negotiating prices and sales terms with clients.

Reporting:

  • Providing regular sales reports and feedback to management, including data on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.

Travel:

Account Management:

  • Managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Market Awareness:

  • Staying informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and negotiate effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with clients and maintain positive relationships.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve client issues and concerns.
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
