Area Specification Sales Manager
Location
South East and London
This company is looking for a driven and commercially minded Area Specification Manager to grow their presence across the South East the UK and London, working closely with national and regional housebuilders, developers and contractors. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on relationship-led sales, enjoys being out in the field, and knows how to develop long-term partnerships and produce results.
What we’re looking for:
- Sales experience in the electrical industry, you could be working for an electrical wholesaler and looking for the next step.
- OR
- Field sales - you could be selling in the construction industry to merchants/wholesalers or contractors.

The Role:
- Manage and develop relationships with regional and national housebuilders, developers, and contractors.
- Identify new projects and maintain relationships.
- Promote and specify their full range of products into residential developments.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project delivery.

Package:
- Up to £50,000 Basic
- Plus £12,000 Bonus
