About the Role

Are you an ambitious sales leader looking to drive growth, develop high-performing teams and shape the future of finance technology? We're looking for an AVP, GetPaid (Order-to-Cash) Sales - EMEA to lead the growth of our market-leading Order-to-Cash, Credit & Collections and Accounts Receivable solutions across Europe. If you're passionate about building winning teams, developing talent and driving strategic enterprise growth, we'd love to hear from you.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team of sales professionals across EMEA, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and success.
  • Own regional bookings, revenue and pipeline growth for GetPaid, driving market expansion and increasing adoption across key European markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that accelerate growth and strengthen our position as a leader in the Order-to-Cash market.
  • Partner with your team on complex enterprise opportunities, supporting deals from prospecting through to negotiation, close and expansion.
  • Build trusted relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Treasury leaders, Shared Services organisations and Credit professionals at some of the world's largest enterprises.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to customers, helping them improve cash flow, unlock working capital and modernise finance operations.
  • Drive accurate forecasting, pipeline management and operational excellence across the region.
  • Develop and retain exceptional sales talent through coaching, mentoring and career development.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product Management, Professional Services and Customer Success teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
  • Represent FIS and GetPaid at executive meetings, industry events and strategic customer engagements.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven success leading enterprise software sales teams and consistently exceeding growth and revenue targets.
  • Strong experience selling into CFO, Finance, Treasury, Credit, Working Capital or Shared Services organisations.
  • Expertise within Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Collections, Working Capital or related finance technology markets.
  • A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles across multiple European countries.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching and people development capabilities with a passion for building high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Excellent forecasting, pipeline management and CRM discipline.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented fintech environment.
  • Ability to bring energy, credibility and vision while inspiring teams to achieve exceptional results.

Preferred Experience

  • Getpaid or competing Order-to-Cash platforms.
  • Credit & Collections technology.
  • Working Capital optimisation solutions.
  • Treasury technology.
  • Financial Process Automation.
  • SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite or S/4HANA ecosystems.
  • Managing geographically dispersed teams across Europe.
  • Additional European language skills.
