Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to achieve the Parts & Service objectives by driving and improving your regional Distrigo Hub, Relay, Market, and Eurorepar Car Service businesses with regard to operational performance. Working with site management and leadership to ensure processes and data are implemented, maintained and actioned. Working closely with Area Sales Managers to ensure key operational Norms, systems and contractual criteria deliver the primary purpose. The role is dedicated to the following areas: Scotland (Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Aberdeen) and Northeast England (Huddersfield, Doncaster and surrounding areas).
Job Duties
- Creation, revision and management of operational standards (Norms) for sales, service, warehouse, CRM and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with contractual criteria including staffing, stock levels and first-pick availability
- Assist with recruitment of key roles and ensure teams are fully trained via the LMS
- Management of the Speeder reporting system, including customer coding, system maintenance and BI reporting
- System setup, maintenance and training for Service Box, PLPR, Power Supply/Return, Power Line, Edoc, CMS/TMS, PCB and LMS
- Management of the parts movement programme to increase customer satisfaction
- Management of sales-focused systems including Insight, Onsight, Pinpoint and the Distrigo website
- Onboarding of new investors, including Distrigo Hubs, Markets, Relays and Eurorepar Car Service
- Define, implement and maintain BPI/composite reporting, providing data insights to improve cash flow and profitability
- Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction
- Partner with Area Sales Managers to drive sales performance across all channels
- Collaborate with Network, NSC and EE teams to resolve issues and improve efficiencies
- Act as an ambassador for process improvement, simplification and customer satisfaction
- Work with network management and senior leadership in a strategic consultative capacity

- 3+ years' experience managing regional warehousing/distribution operations within the automotive parts industry
- In-depth knowledge of the UK Aftermarket, Trade and Network Operations
- Strong understanding of financial data, management accounts and profitability
- Proficiency in Stellantis Parts & Service systems and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of sales and commercial operations
- Experience in process improvement, coaching and operational excellence
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders up to Director/Board level
- Demonstrated gravitas, credibility and leadership presence
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with strong initiative and tenacity
- Passion for customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously
