Opportunity for an Area Works Coordinator

Guinness Property has an opportunity for an Area Works Coordinator to join the Operational Support Team based at our London Euston Road office on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is for 40 hours per week, with working hours scheduled between 8.00am and 7.00pm, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings. Late shifts and Saturday morning working is covered on a rota basis.

Your Role

Your role as an Area Works Coordinator will be to provide administration support to the regional operational team to deliver effective resource management, planning and query handling for maintenance repairs and empty homes.

We operate a hybrid working model with three office-based days at our Euston Road office and two days working remotely.

What We Are Looking For

We are a customer-focussed organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You will have great attention to detail and have experience of working in a customer focused environment. 

You will also be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience of working in a customer focused environment. 
  • Experience of working within agreed performance targets. 
  • Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. 
  • Experience of working with databases. 
  • Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
