Position: Army Interviewer

Location: Pirbright, UK

Type: Full Time

Salary: £27,820 (non-negotiable)

Driving Licence: Must

Job Description

This role will involve working a shift pattern of 37.5 hours per week over a 7-day period. This will include overnight chaperone and ‘on call’ duties once per week.

Role Requirements

  • IT proficiency.

Experience:

  • Interview experience preferred (coaching background not required).
  • Someone with good people skills is needed (this role is more finding the right person).
  • Call centre experience considered (for people skills).

Other:

  • Must be able to drive.
  • BPSS clearance (3 years residency in the UK).
  • Comfortable with overnight stays and on-call duties.

Interview Duties:

  • One-to-one interviews discussing career options.
  • Review candidate assessments and match them to suitable roles (over 100 different roles available).
  • Advise candidates who may not qualify for their preferred role.
