🌿 Your role & impact
We are looking for a Aromatherapy & Naturopathy Sales Expert to join our team in our first London boutique in Westfield WhiteCity, for 3 days a week, on a fixed-term basis for 3 months!
You will be a true brand ambassador and role model Aroma-Zone's Self-CARE values every day. You'll inspire and empower every customer, creating unforgettable experiences, whilst contributing to the store's commercial success.
🌿✨ Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Create personalised, warm and positive experiences for every customer
- Share your expertise in essential oils, absolutes, CO2 extracts and natural skincare, guiding each person safely and confidently
- Support guests on their wellness journeys, from personalised skincare to ready-to-use organic products
- Lead product launches, host in-store workshops, and inspire with live demonstrations
- Collaborate with a passionate, mission-driven team and stay at the forefront of natural beauty innovation
- Ensure that the stores general cleanliness is upheld

🌱👉 What We Are Looking For
- Background in naturopathy or similar
- A diploma or degree in Naturopathy
- Advanced knowledge of essential oils and natural cosmetics
- Experience in retail or hospitality, ideally in wellness or beauty
- A true passion for natural beauty and helping others feel their best
- Flexibility and team spirit, ready to create something special in the UK
- Clear communication skills and confidence in supporting customers
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Availability to work varied hours, including weekends and peak periods
