We are looking for an experienced Principal Town Planner, with 5-10 years of experience and MRTPI.
Responsibilities
- Oversee major planning projects and ensure their successful delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic planning strategies for clients across a range of sectors.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and mentorship for planning team.
- Provide thought leadership expertise at events and contribute to online content.
- Build new relationships and win new work.
- Promote and continue to raise the profile of Arrow Planning.

Person Specification
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Town Planning or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in planning, with significant project management experience.
- Member of the RTPI
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement planning strategies.
- Strong alignment with Arrow Planning's values of team, legacy, accountability, high standards, creative innovation, and delivering on commitments.
- Confident in delivering Planning CPD to internal and external teams
