We're looking for an Art Department Assistant to support the Head of the Art Department on a part-time basis (2 days a week), covering key responsibilities when they're out of office. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years' experience in a creative agency who is confident putting together polished, client-ready materials with minimal oversight.

Day-to-day, you'll be building artist portfolios and creative decks, and helping maintain visual consistency across the agency's artist-facing and client-facing materials. You'll also manage the artist archive, update the website, and create video assets for Instagram, such as reels and social edits, while staying across current visual trends relevant to the agency's roster.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years' experience in a creative agency, art department, or similar fast-paced creative environment
- Confident building portfolios and creative/concept decks to a high, client-ready standard
- Strong layout, typography, and image composition skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) or equivalent design tools
- Confident using Premiere Pro (or equivalent) to edit short-form video content, such as Instagram reels and social edits
- An eye for visual consistency across print, digital, and social formats
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently, applying feedback with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable working within a small, close-knit team and liaising with artists and clients
- A background or interest in fashion, beauty, or luxury sectors is a plus
- Relevant education in graphic design, visual communication, or equivalent practical experience
