Role Description
The Art Direction & Curation Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role is responsible for shaping the visual identity of LevelUp Circle’s programs, including concept development, art direction, and curation of multidisciplinary creative content. Day-to-day tasks include designing and overseeing visual themes, collaborating with artists and creative partners, reviewing and selecting artwork and media for experiences, and ensuring cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints. The Art Direction & Curation Lead will manage creative timelines and deliverables, and maintain high standards of quality and innovation in all visual outputs.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Art and Art Direction, with experience leading visual concepts and creative narratives.
- Proficiency in Graphics and visual design, including the ability to guide layout, composition, and branding elements.
- Appreciation for Music as part of multidisciplinary curation, with the ability to integrate sound into visual experiences.
- Demonstrated experience in curation, creative project management, or leading artistic programs or exhibitions.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including educators, researchers, and external creatives.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency in visual standards.
- Experience working with youth-focused or educational initiatives is an advantage; relevant degree or equivalent experience in Art, Design, Curation, or a related field is preferred.
