Art Director
As our Art Director, you will establish and articulate a compelling creative vision that drives the development of emotionally resonant, market-leading product solutions. Working closely with creative, product and commercial partners, you will lead art direction from initial concept through to final SKU approval, ensuring creativity is grounded in consumer insight, customer strategy and commercial clarity.
In this key creative leadership role, you will inspire teams, build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers, and champion innovation that delivers both creative excellence and commercial impact. Your work will contribute to consistent brand expression, profitable growth and meaningful customer outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
- Set a clear and inspiring creative vision for the design team, delivering articulate briefs that foster emotional connection and creative excellence
- Translate consumer, shopper, customer and retailer insights into market-leading product concepts and formats
- Ensure creative output meets strategic business, customer and consumer needs across all channels
- Lead the end-to-end creative process, from ideation through to final SKU approval, in collaboration with the Creative Development Director and Design Managers
- Integrate store execution into product development to ensure ideas reach consumers with impact and clarity
- Maintain high aesthetic standards and ensure design integrity across all creative outputs
- Apply strong commercial judgement to balance creativity with cost-of-goods and value-for-money principles
- Drive profitability through strategic creative decisions and product positioning, in partnership with product teams
- Foster a culture of feedback, collaboration and resilience within the studio
- Promote continuous improvement and best-practice ways of working
- Build and maintain global relationships to share resources, insights and creative learning
- Represent the creative vision internally and externally, influencing key stakeholders and customers

Your Accountabilities
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, market-leading creative assets (up to 4,000 annually)
- Maintain design standards and alignment with brand and consumer expectations
- Deliver creative work on time and in full, aligned to critical delivery milestones
- Achieve agreed creative performance measures
- Manage customer relationships and expectations aligned to business plans and KPIs
- Ensure efficient use of studio resources and freelance budgets
