Description & Requirements

Our team

The energy of a newsroom, the pace of a trading floor, the buzz of a tech start-up. We work hard and we work fast – and we never lose focus on the quality and accuracy that make us famous. Our passion for progress drives us to invent and reinvent, continuously. Our culture is wide open, just like our spaces, where we bring out the best in each other through seamless collaboration. And thanks to our countless volunteer projects, we give back to the cities in which we live and work. You can do amazing work here. Work you couldn't do anywhere else. It's up to you to make it happen.

What’s the role?

We’re looking for a seasoned campaign Art Director who combines conceptual creativity with impeccable design sensibility. You’ll play a key, hands-on role in developing and extending Bloomberg’s brand across campaigns, visual identities, platforms, and content formats.

You should take an idea-first approach to solving creative challenges. You will bring a deep understanding of our products to illuminate and dramatize the substantial power we offer.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
