WHO WE ARE

We're SerlinoLab — a fast-growing Italian skincare brand for men, formulated in an Italian lab and sold DTC online across Italy and the US.

That combination is rare: Italian brand craft and real product heritage, paired with US-scale DTC growth. We're a startup in every sense — we move fast, we stay flexible, and we're growing 700% year over year.

  • 200,000+ satisfied customers
  • Best seller on Amazon Italy in our category
  • 4.5 average on Trustpilot with 1,000+ reviews
  • 30%+ of customers come back and buy again
  • On track to reach €30M this year
  • Bootstrapped and profitable — no investors, no board. Decisions are made by two founders, fast.

WHY THIS IS A REAL OPPORTUNITY

Product-market fit is proven, demand is there, and we're growing fast in two markets. You'd be joining one of the fastest-growing brands in the space at exactly the right moment: the shift from fast-growing DTC player to established premium brand, on both sides of the Atlantic. What comes next is brand elevation and retail and you'd own the whole process.

  • Elevate the brand positioning. Take a brand that already sells and make it look like the premium leader it's becoming — starting with a full upgrade of all our packaging.
  • A packed launch pipeline. We're launching multiple new products in the coming months. You art-direct every one of them, from first concept to in customers' hands. Fast execution, no committees.
  • Pharmacy shelves, starting now. Our products are entering Italian pharmacies. Your packaging and point-of-sale materials will sit on physical shelves next to legacy pharma brands — and you prepare the brand for that moment.
  • Real ownership of the machine. Website, packaging, campaigns, launches — you build and manage the entire visual process, working directly with the founders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

WHAT THE ROLE IS ABOUT

Everything design, brand-wide. Full ownership of all design output across the company — every touchpoint, every channel, one cohesive premium brand.

  • Packaging, end to end. New product launches and restages of existing SKUs — from concept and structure to print-ready files with our manufacturing partners.
  • Integrated launch campaigns. Creative direction for major product launches from first concept to live — cohesive across web, email, paid social, and in-store.
  • The brand system. Scalable design systems and brand guidelines — typography, color, photography style, layout principles — codified, documented, and enforced across every touchpoint.
  • A premium, cohesive website. Set the visual direction that brings the entire site — homepage, PDPs, landing pages — up to the same premium standard as the packaging, so every touchpoint looks like one brand.
  • High-level ecommerce creative. Art direction for PDPs, campaign key visuals, email, and paid social assets that feel premium and convert — refined with CRO insights and user behavior data.
  • AI-integrated workflows. Build AI into how the design function works — concepting, iteration, asset production — so a lean team ships at the pace of our launch calendar without dropping quality. This is core to how we work.
  • Creative leadership. Give direction, feedback, and workflow oversight to our designers in Italy and the US, so everything ships on time, at standard, from the same brand world.

DO NOT APPLY IF THIS IS NOT YOU:

  • You've art-directed for DTC or CPG brands — ideally beauty, skincare, or personal care.
  • You've done high-level ecommerce creatives: PDP visuals, product packagings, art direction for website and integrated campaigns — from concept through final production — across both digital and physical touchpoints.
  • You've designed and shipped major product launches and campaigns: new SKUs, retail debuts. You know what it takes to launch a product from start to finish, not just to concept.
  • You own brand consistency at the system level. Everything you touch — packaging, website, ads, email, unboxing — looks like the same brand, at a premium standard.
  • You can manage and mentor designers: creative direction, feedback, workflow oversight, and multiple concurrent projects without dropping quality.
  • Your work is genuinely well-branded and polished. A portfolio that proves it: no portfolio, no reply.
  • You take full ownership. Of a process, an outcome, a problem: nothing falls through the cracks.
  • You're organised, self-driven and professional in how you manage time, relationships, and execution — including with external vendors, printers, and production partners.

Bonus points:

  • You've taken a DTC brand onto physical retail shelves (mass retail or pharmacy) and know what packaging and PLV have to do offline, not just on screen.
  • You've supported a full brand refresh or website redesign from the creative direction side.
  • Experience in men's grooming or beauty specifically.
  • Italian is a plus, not required — localization is handled.

THE DEAL

  • Fully remote, independent contractor, flexible hours.
  • Competitive compensation.
  • Real impact on the brand from day one, inside a collaborative, international team.
  • Best-in-class available AI and design tooling.

Process:

  1. Portfolio review
  2. Interview with HOD or Co-Founder
  3. Paid trial task
  4. Founders interview
