Agency: Ledger Bennett

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Art Director with a passion for B2B creative and storytelling. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of our B2B creative output, responsible for developing innovative and impactful concepts across a wide range of media. As the most Senior Art Director in the team, there is scope for growth. This position could suit someone who has an ambition to become a Creative Director.

You'll collaborate with designers, copywriters, strategists, and the client service team to bring B2B creative concepts to life through creative concepts. Our culture is one of teamwork – you’ll slot into a small-but-perfectly-formed creative team. This role demands a blend of conceptual thinking, creative flair, and crafted execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Concepting: Lead the development of powerful, original concepts that address client objectives and elevate brands within the B2B space.
  • Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure creative excellence and strategic alignment.
  • Craft: Using a visual attention to detail across our work.
  • Execution: Oversee the visual direction of projects from concept to completion, ensuring all outputs meet the highest creative standards.
  • AI: We are embracing the best AI tools on the market to enable creative to express their concepts. You would be expected to have a working knowledge of some tools and be prepared to embrace AVA – the Havas proprietary AI platform.
  • Mentorship: Guide and inspire junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
