Art Teacher – Short-Term Assignment
Moore Teachers is recruiting on behalf of a secondary school in Hertfordshire for an Art Teacher to cover a short-term assignment until the October half-term.
Due to the immediate start required, applicants who hold QTS and an Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service will be given priority.

The Role
- Teaching Art across the secondary age range
- Minimal planning and preparation due to the short-term nature of the assignment
- Assessing, monitoring and supporting student progress
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching Art within a secondary school setting
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Be committed to raising achievement and inspiring students to reach their potential
- Be organised, enthusiastic, and dedicated to delivering high-quality teaching
