We're working with an exciting AI-first SaaS business in the luxury travel space that is looking for an AI Product Engineer to join its growing engineering team.
£50,000–£60,000 + fast progression
Remote-first | London / Cotswolds ~2x per month
1–4 years' experience
This is a genuinely end-to-end role. You'll be given a problem rather than a list of tickets and will own it from initial idea → solution design → AI development → UX → deployment → production.
What you'll be doing:
- Building AI agents, LLM-powered products and AI workflows
- Taking vague problems and turning them into production-ready solutions
- Working across the full product lifecycle, from client requirements through to deployment
- Developing across Python/Django and React/TypeScript
- Working with AWS, APIs and modern AI tooling
- Thinking about UX as well as the underlying technology
- Working directly with the founders and CTO to shape the product
- Speaking with clients and translating their requirements into technical solutions
- Challenging ideas and confidently debating technical approaches

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
