Enterprise software is moving past dashboards and copilots. Our client believes the future belongs to Digital Workers: autonomous AI agents that carry out complex, multi-step business processes from start to finish, not just suggest the next step.
They’ve built a platform that lets large organizations create, launch and govern AI agents that handle analytics, decision-making and operational work at enterprise scale. It’s already live with global customers across pharmaceuticals, life sciences and technology, where Digital Workers are reshaping how teams operate day to day.
The company has raised over $50M from top-tier venture investors, with backing from high-profile fintech founders. The team is deeply technical, made up of AI researchers, engineers and scientists, with close to one in five holding a PhD.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
