🤖 Hiring: Founding Engineer, Agent Systems — London, on-site

A seed-stage startup building AI-native risk infrastructure for regulated enterprises is looking for its anchor engineering hire. They've already secured seven-figure revenue and multi-year enterprise contracts — so this is 0→1 building with real customers and real traction behind it.

You'd own the agent platform end-to-end: the orchestration, evaluations, and reliability infrastructure that turns frontier model calls into production-grade features enterprises can actually trust.

This is for someone who operates like a former CTO returning to hands-on building — high ownership, high autonomy, shipping every day.

⚙️ What you'll do

  • Own the agent platform: orchestration, tool calling, and multi-step agent systems
  • Build the evaluation and reliability infrastructure around frontier LLMs (evals, LLM-as-judge, dataset curation)
  • Turn fuzzy, high-stakes model outputs into dependable production features
  • Ship end-to-end, from customer problem to deployment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
