AI Engineer – Financial Services

Perm and Contract (Inside IR35) options

Hybrid working - London

Join a leading FS firm in London as a Senior Software Engineer within its AI Enablement team, building AI products that transform how the business works. You’ll work closely with business teams to take ideas from experimentation into production, developing Python applications, integrating LLMs and creating agentic workflows that solve real business problems. This is an opportunity to shape useful products and deepen your AI expertise within a collaborative engineering team.

We’re keen to hear from strong Python engineers with experience delivering production software, APIs and integrations, alongside exposure to AI platforms across AWS or Azure. Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry or Azure’s wider AI services would be relevant, as would integrating models from OpenAI or Anthropic. You’ll bring sound engineering practices, a product mindset and enthusiasm for turning emerging AI capabilities into reliable business tools.
