Azure AI Engineer
We’re exclusively partnering with a growing organisation that is investing heavily in its Azure and AI capability and is looking for an Azure AI Engineer to join a newly developing team.
This is a hands on engineering role focused on building and deploying production grade AI solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. You’ll work across Generative AI, RAG, intelligent document processing and AI agents, helping take AI use cases from initial concept through to secure, scalable production solutions.
It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to work on genuine enterprise AI use cases while having the opportunity to help shape best practices and engineering standards as the capability grows.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing and building production grade Generative AI and LLM solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI
- Developing RAG solutions using Azure AI Search, including embeddings, vector and hybrid search, reranking and grounding
- Building intelligent document processing and information extraction solutions using Azure Document Intelligence
- Developing AI agents using tool/function calling and integrating them with enterprise systems, APIs and workflows
- Working extensively with prompt engineering, context management, orchestration and model configuration
- Building supporting APIs, Azure Functions and lightweight services primarily in Python
- Evaluating AI solutions across accuracy, relevance, groundedness, safety, latency and cost
- Implementing appropriate AI security, privacy, validation and human in the loop controls
- Helping establish reusable AI components, patterns and engineering standards
- Working with CI/CD, Azure DevOps/GitHub and Infrastructure as Code
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
