We’re hiring an AI Engineer to work across LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI, with a strong focus on building and deploying real-world systems.
This is an early hire into the space, giving you the opportunity to shape the technical direction, build projects from the ground up, and help grow a team.
You’ll work closely with other teams and clients, including bringing clients in to showcase projects and demonstrate new AI capabilities.

We’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on software engineering and coding experience
- Experience building with LLMs, RAG, and/or agentic systems
- Experience with AWS and modern AI tooling
- Python or Java — language agnostic if you can learn and build
- Experience taking AI systems from concept through to production
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working directly with clients and senior executives
- Interest in developing into a technical leadership role
